Blue Heaven

When we arrived at the property we were absolutely wowed. Exceptionally clean, shiny, sparkling, incredible pool view. Throughout our stay we discovered some less that desirable things about the property. First of all there was an ant infestation, but it looked like they were trying to handle it. We just had to be careful about where we put our food. Second major inconvenience was having to meet with the property manager the day we checked in. She was very kind. However, I don’t know about you but the first thing I want to do on vacation isn’t scheduling a meeting. We also had to meet with her the day before we left. It was not a flexible situation either. They insisted we meet. The meeting was short and she asked us survey questions that easily could’ve been texted. The check out meeting she was also pretty insistent in walking through the home. Even though we made no indication of causing issues and followed every rule, she made it feel like we couldn’t really say no. It felt like a major invasion of privacy. As a group we agreed we didn’t feel like we’d be coming back to this particular house for 2 reasons. 1. They gave a group of 6 people 4 rolls of toilet paper for 1 week. Smh. Just, wow. And when we asked for more we were told that the house is purposely stocked with a certain amount of items and that if we wanted more we could go buy more. 2. The listing lied about bed sizes. There was 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and the 4 twin size bunk beds. Not. Happy.

This was such a great vacation home! All details aligned with descriptions provided. The best part of our experience was the EXCELLENT customer service and attentiveness from the rental agency, Gulf Coast Associates! Our property manager, Tatti, was top-notch! We will definitely work with her and GCA again! Thanks for going above and beyond to ensure our Thanksgiving Trip was a smashing success! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!
